            Requesting the governor to provide energy security                                                                  
            for all Alaskans by taking and encouraging all action                                                               
            that would support a natural gas bullet pipeline from                                                               
            the North Slope to the Cook Inlet region, including                                                                 
            initiating any necessary negotiations to reopen the
